Fractional General Counsel and General Business Attorney

This Income Partner position is ideal for someone who:

Has a minimum of 8-10 years supporting small to mid-sized businesses with a range of matters, including drafting and negotiating business contracts
And a strong network of repeat referral sources centered on small to mid-sized businesses
Who enjoys bringing in new business
And has a portable book of business

As a boutique firm, we are small by design, which means the right fit is essential. Each person here shapes who the firm is and will be involved in the interview process.

The first meeting will be with Gretchen to give each of you the opportunity to learn more about the other — she'll share more about our firm and this position, and you'll have the chance to discuss your legal experience and business development background.

If you both want to move forward with the interview process, you will have additional meetings with Gretchen for more detailed discussions, and you will also meet with all of our team members.
