Diane Hernandez Chubb has over twenty years of experience in trademark law, including trademark selection, clearance, acquisition, and protection.She enjoys helping clients select, protect, and build value in the brands that mean so much to them and their businesses.

Diane graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in political science. She earned her law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire, with a specialization in intellectual property law.

Diane began her legal career as legal counsel for Fox, Inc., the parent company to all of the Fox Studios entities worldwide, where she was responsible for the protection of over 8000 trademarks internationally. Her job involved protecting some Fox’s most valuable properties, such as “The Simpsons” and “The X-Files,” as well as ground-breaking litigation regarding the use of photographs to create unlicensed merchandise.

After leaving Fox, Diane worked inthe trademark sections ofboth small and large law firms, representing clients from a wide range of industries. She is also an entrepreneur, having founded, owned, and run a unique design agency that also provided trademark protection for all brands developed by the firm.

When she is not in her office, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband, college-freshman daughter, high-school senior son, and dog Jazzie; hanging out with friends; practicing Pilates; and traveling the New England coastline.
